Built for serious recording, the DCR-DVD405 comes with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens for creating superior quality images. This Sony model features high-resolution imaging with a 3.3-megapixel Advanced HAD CCD imager, you can take not only sharp digital video, but also detailed digital still photographs for family reunions, wedding receptions, and trade shows. You can record Dolby Digital 5.1-channel surround sound with the built-in microphone. We provide AV cables with our camcorders for easy transfer of your precious videos to the media of your choice.
